Brewing Guide
Details
  • This coffee can be enjoyed with any brewing method - best for espresso
  • Use a 1:15 ratio (coffee: water) - use more coffee if you enjoy a stronger flavor 
  • This is about 2.5 tablespoons per 8oz cup of coffee. If you are having a smaller 6oz cup, adjust accordingly.
  • Espresso Machine settings: 18g ground coffee over 35 seconds - use 40 to 49g of water

The coffee tastes great and I like knowing there is way less caffeine in it. They had great customer service when I called in about my coffee shioment not coming. They started a search with USPS and I had the coffee a few days later. They were going to send me a free bag if it didn’t come.

Food poisoning?

Started drinking and then got food poison…could be related, could be unrelated. I have no way to know. It tastes good otherwise.

Sorry to hear about the food poisoning. Hope you have recovered well. We follow strict health and safety procedures at our coffee shop and roaster. We are regularly inspected by the health department in Middletown, NY and always pass with flying colors.
