  • In 2020, Dr. Grant Lee created the "DAYYES" trademark in South Korea and began producing enzyme-fermented coffee.
  • By 2022, the brand expanded to the U.S. under the name DAYES, combining "Day" and "Yes," with operations in a roastery coffee shop in Middletown, New York.

·  Mission:

  • The focus of DAYES Coffee is to align with customer trends, research and develop new fermented coffee products, and commercialize high-quality coffee with reduced caffeine for consumers seeking the "ultimate cup."

·  Story:

  • Dr. Grant G. Lee, a cancer pathologist and anti-cancer research scientist, spent almost 20 years researching cancer prevention through effective ingredients from fruits, vegetables, green tea, and selenium.

·  Focus:

  • DAYES Coffee emphasizes the craftsmanship of coffee farmers, terroir, and fermentation in its coffee production process.
