ROASTING INFORMATION
Our medium-roasted coffee beans offer a balanced, rounded flavor with a smooth body and mild acidity. Without an oily surface, they retain the beans' natural character while enhancing rich chocolate, nut, and caramel notes. Medium-dark roasts introduce a subtle bitter roast depth, complementing hints of fruit and citrus for a well-rounded, flavorful cup.
