Brewing Guide
Details
  • This coffee can be enjoyed with any brewing method - best for espresso
  • Use a 1:15 ratio (coffee: water) - use more coffee if you enjoy a stronger flavor 
  • This is about 2.5 tablespoons per 8oz cup of coffee. If you are having a smaller 6oz cup, adjust accordingly.
  • Espresso Machine settings: 18g ground coffee over 35 seconds - use 40 to 49g of water

Enzyme fermented coffee review

I was missing having coffee due to some stomach issues. Saw an ad online for Dayes enzyme fermented coffee and decided to try it. I am really enjoying the coffee and my stomach is fine after drinking it. Would definitely recommend.

Okay flavor. Poor aroma.

Couldn’t get past the aroma. Didn’t smell like any coffee I’ve experienced.

Love this Coffee it is the best .

Exceed expectations

I ordered Dayes Coffee because I was curious about the taste of enzyme fermented coffee. I was very pleasantly surprised by my first cup of Dayes Coffee. It is low in acidity, smooth and well-rounded in taste, not too light, not too strong. Perfect for my taste and easy on my digestion.

A good Gift

My husband had to give up drinking coffee many years ago because of the acid. He is really enjoying getting to drink coffee again with no stomach upset. It is a bit expensive for us but at least now he can enjoy coffee occasionally. Thank you.
