Great coffee but stupid pricey

Let’s get this part out of the way now - it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had. That’s the truth.
It’s also the most expensive coffee I’ve ever bought. I can’t afford it for every day. I don’t think a few ounces of coffee beans are worth this price. I think the shipping is taking advantage. But this is about the coffee so I have to give the coffee 5 stars. Will I buy it again? Probably. It’s good enough that I will make the choice to go against common sense and pay what I think is an exorbitant price. But I’ll wait till I’ve been out for a couple of months.

Everything it promises

Fresh, Great taste and less of a jolt from caffeine. Still wakes you up, just doesn’t “sizzle” your nerves. I like it and will buy more. It’s definitely on the right track of great coffee beans, I’m buying more.

I like it, but it is so expensive

I like the taste of the coffee and I am glad to be cutting the amount of caffeine I ingest so drastically compared to half decaf/half regular that I used to drink. I just wish it weren't so expensive. Maybe there is no way around that, but I am not sure I can afford to continue buying it. I do wish Dayes would offer a two pound bag at a price that is a discount per pound from the one pound bag.

I love coffee but have digestive issues. The enzyme coffee is milder and more tolerable, but still full-flavored. And the caffeine level doesn’t give me the jitters.
Worth the expense.

Retired Cancer Pathologist Develops Innovative Enzyme Fermented Coffee

Founder Dr. Grant Lee is an Korean-American retired cancer pathologist with over a decade’s experience in cancer prevention research. Dr. Lee worked at Rutgers School of Pharmacy, Yale Medical School, and Tokyo’s National Institute of Health Sciences, Lee is well aware of the health benefits of coffee and its potential issues for some consumers.

He returned to South Korea and made coffee his full-time focus, and he used his science background to formulate a coffee that would take health into account first. He obsessively researched and experimented with coffee until the answer hit him: fermentation. By treating the green coffee beans for just a few hours in a complex of 50 enzymes, a reduction in acid, tannins, and caffeine makes a coffee that's finally easier on the gut.
